Job Description:
Position Summary: The Senior Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing the relationship with Aggne's customer and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key objectives of a Senior Delivery Manager are as follows:
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Work with customer to strategize and identify additional opportunities for Aggne
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Manage the profitability of the projects/customers to which they are assigned
• Maintain a strong and collaborative relationship with Duck Creek and/or other platform vendors
• Ensure that Aggne Project Management Best Practices are followed, including Agile process
• Identify points of improvement from a best practice perspective
Qualifications:
- Experience: Strong experience in running P&C Insurance Delivery operations.
- Insurance Domain: Must have Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance experience.
- Duck Creek Platform: Expertise in E2E Project Delivery on the Duck Creek platform.
- Project Management: Proven experience in Project Management & Delivery roles.
Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and project teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
- Customer Development: Work closely with customer leadership to develop customers long term strategy and identify additional opportunities for Aggne
- Coordination and Facilitation: Define, schedule and facilitate customer meetings and interaction
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded in terms of project delivery and client communication
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization, promoting best practices and lessons learned across projects
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reporting and analysis of project performance to leadership and stakeholders
- Collaboration: Collaborate with both onshore and offshore resources to ensure effective delivery of the project
- Manage Project Risks, Issues and Dependencies: Work with stakeholders to ensure that risks are managed, dependencies are being met and issues are resolved
- Monitoring: The Senior Delivery Manager should be monitoring and managing production support and issues and ensuring that they are being resolved in a timely fashion
- Governance: Ensure that project management base principles are met, and Aggne's Agile processes are being followed Vendor Management: Work with Duck Creek and/or other vendors to ensure coordination and escalation of issues and dependencies
- Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, in alignment with organizational goals and client requirements
- Proposals: Work with the Aggne sales team to create proposals and SOWs for the customer
