Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and ensure smooth delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Scrum methodologies, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with Jira. Experience in the Insurance domain will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a servant leader and coach for the Scrum team.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
- Ensure adherence to Agile principles and remove impediments for the team.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy product backlog.
- Track and report team progress using Jira and other Agile tools.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum practices and Agile frameworks.
- Experience in handling P&C insurance domain project is preferable.
- Hands-on experience with Jira for project tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Insurance domain experience is a strong plus.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred.
